Tahuu Origin
Hidden within the deepest part of a long forgotten forest outside of Medellin is the spirit of a wolf named Tahuu. Resting for over a thousand years no one has seen the wolf nor his eyes nor the darkest parts of the woods. A single bolt of lightening struck right between his magical eyes and awoke as if he had never been asleep. His eyes could be seen for a thousand miles. Although it could only be seen by one. A boy, small in stature but big in heart. Lost and weary for so long, he could not count the days. However Tahuu could see him. Tahuu looked as ferocious as a vampire to the boy, yet as soon as the boy touched his fur he became as gentle as a grandmother. The boy climbed on Tahuu's back and he led the boy to the edge of the woods where Tahuu could go no further. From the edges of the woods to the edges of the boy’s desperation Tahuu could find his way home once more. But before the boy turned away, he reached into his pocket and took out his last remaining piece of food. A chocolate, so golden that when Tahuu devoured it his eyes lit for a thousand years. From that day and forevermore, Tahuu would light the way home to those lost and weary from the darkest of the forgotten woods to the warmth of their beds.
